This sachet of African spices makes preparing chicken easy. Njansang (akpi), onion, garlic and pepper give it the taste of the grilled chicken we love.
For a marinade, salt your chicken and brush it with the contents of the sachet before grilling, frying or roasting. It is also good in broths, soups, sauces, rice and vegetables.
