Salted Fish, Ambassade 1 kg

This salted fish is well dried, cut into evenly sized pieces and only lightly salted on the surface. It is ready to go into your traditional recipes.
Soak it in water for a few hours to remove the salt, then add it to your tomato sauces, okra sauces, ndolé, sautéed greens or rice dishes. It flavours the whole dish.
Storage: in a dry place, in its tightly closed packaging.
