Raw Crab, Cut, Frozen

This raw crab comes cut into pieces, so the hard work is done for you. It adds plenty of flavour to sauces, ndolé, fish soups and pepper soup.
Crab provides protein, vitamin B12, phosphorus, zinc and selenium.
Storage: keep frozen at -18 °C. Thaw in the fridge before cooking and never refreeze once thawed.
