Tilapia is the ultimate grilled fish: well marinated in garlic, ginger and chilli, then grilled, it is served with bâton de manioc, miondo, fried plantain or attiéké.
It is also perfect in sauces, poached in a spicy broth or in soup. The 4 kg box is handy for families and celebrations.
Storage: keep frozen at -18 °C. Thaw in the fridge before cooking.
