Aloe Vera

Aloe vera has been treasured for beauty care for thousands of years. Its fresh leaves hold a thick, clear gel.
Cut off a piece of leaf, remove the green skin and scoop out the gel: apply it as it is to your skin or hair. Rinse off the yellow liquid that runs from the cut before use.
Leaves are sold by variable weight, depending on the size of the harvest. Storage: in the fridge, with the cut end covered in cling film.
