This jasmine rice is a long-grain Thai rice, known for its delicate fragrance once cooked. Despite the name, it is not cooked with jasmine flowers: it simply owes the name to its natural aroma.
Serve it with poulet DG, tomato sauces, ndolé, grilled fish or peanut sauces. It is also great for fried rice and riz au gras.
Tip: rinse before cooking. Storage: keep dry, in an airtight container.
