Green Banana Box

Green bananas are cooked before they ripen: the flesh is firm, starchy and not very sweet. Boiled in their skins or peeled, they go with peanut sauce, grilled fish, ndolé or tomato sauces, just like at home.
The box of about 18 kg is ideal for big families, restaurants and parties.
Storage: at room temperature, away from the cold. The bananas ripen little by little, so cook them while they are still green.
