Basmati has much longer, slimmer grains than ordinary long-grain rice, with a taste and fragrance all its own. This Falak rice is parboiled, so the grains hold their shape and don't stick.
It is the perfect match for poulet DG, sauces, curries or grilled fish, and works beautifully for fried rice and jollof.
