Fioretto Yellow Maize Flour 1 kg

Fioretto yellow maize flour is used in many countries, in both savoury and sweet cooking. Don't confuse it with cornstarch (cornflour), which is mainly used to thicken sauces.
Use it for corn fufu, porridge, cornbread and corn cakes, or to coat fish and meat before frying. Maize is naturally gluten free.
Storage: keep dry, in an airtight container.
