Garlic

No good poulet DG, grilled fish or marinade without garlic. Crushed with ginger and pepper, it is the base of so many of our seasonings.
Each bulb has several cloves to peel and use whole, chopped or pounded, depending on the recipe.
Storage: in a dry, airy place, away from light.
