Frozen Miondo

Miondo is a thin little cassava stick wrapped in leaves. It is sold frozen so it stays fresh all the way to your table.
Prepare it like bobolo: warm it up in its leaves, steamed or in the oven. Serve it with ndolé, grilled fish, pork or spicy sauces, just like at home.
Storage: keep frozen. Thaw before reheating.
