Peanut Brittle / Bankourou

A simple brittle made from peanuts and caramelised cane sugar, just like the ones sold by the roadside back home.
Enjoy it with drinks, at teatime or with a coffee. Handy for slipping into the kids' school bags too.
Ingredients: peanuts, cane sugar.
Storage: keep dry, in an airtight container to keep it crunchy.
