Ghana Palm Nut Sauce 800 g

This canned palm nut cream (Ghana Fresh) saves you the long job of boiling and pounding palm nuts. It is the base for palm nut sauce (sauce graine) and banga soup.
Mix the cream with water, bring to the boil, then add your meat, smoked fish and spices and let it simmer until the sauce thickens. Serve with rice, fufu or plantain, just like at home.
