White Beans 900 g

White beans have a soft, creamy texture and a mild taste that goes with any sauce.
Soak them overnight, then boil in water until tender. Cook them with palm oil, onion and a little chilli, or in a tomato sauce with smoked meat. Serve with fried plantain, rice or bobolo.
Storage: in a dry place, away from moisture.
