White Maize Flour 1 kg

White maize flour is the base of corn fufu, served with okra sauce, folong or yellow sauce. It is also used for porridge and lots of sweet and savoury dishes.
For corn fufu, pour the flour little by little into boiling water, stirring hard with a spatula until you get a smooth, firm dough.
Storage: keep dry, in an airtight container.
