Dried Bounga 200 g

Bounga is a small dried fish used all the time in Cameroonian cooking. A few fish are enough to flavour a whole pot.
Give them a quick rinse in lukewarm water, then add them whole or crumbled to your sauces, ndolé, sautéed greens or tomato sauces. They also go beautifully with plantain and macabo.
Storage: keep dry, in a tightly closed bag, away from moisture.
