Spicy Kilichi 100 g

Kilichi is a speciality of the Sahel and Northern Cameroon: thin slices of beef (fillet and leg) coated in a peanut and spice paste, then sun-dried and grilled. This version is spicy.
It is a high-protein, low-fat meat. Enjoy it as it is with drinks among friends, or crumble it over a salad.
Storage: away from moisture, it keeps for more than 6 months.
